As the merchant banking arm of Octagon International Holdings, LLC, OFSI’s principal mission is to provide strategic and financial advisory services to a select group of clients within the agribusiness, food, and transportation industries.  As a financial advisor, OFSI arranges mergers and acquisitions, assists clients with divestitures, and raises debt and equity capital.

OFSI will also make strategic investments in companies within the agribusiness, food, and transportation industries. As an investor, OFSI focuses on companies that have proven business models, have meaningful, defensible market positions, and/or possess technologies that will provide significant value to existing processes. OFSI seeks to invest in established, profitable businesses or companies that have experienced a structural event causing financial or operating underperformance but where a turnaround is apparent.

OFSI understands the agribusiness, food, and transportation sectors and is able to create value and build businesses by delivering our expertise in human resources, technology, strategic direction, capital sourcing, and industry relationships.  OFSI believes that superior investment returns are achievable when capital is combined with management expertise in carefully identified and properly structured opportunities.
